We exist to activate and support entrepreneurship as a powerful tool for transformation and sustainable development.

Our values guide our journey

It’s impactful when people come together with a shared goal. We work together because the challenges are enormous but we have found in this community the courage, freedom and discipline to undertake together and create the necessary change, step by step.

We celebrate differences through the continuous effort to mix improbable worlds, break paradigms and think about growth in a comprehensive way that leaves no one behind. We don’t define sectors or regions, we define purpose. At the same time, we bring our global network of expert leaders to local needs. It is through diversity and sharing that innovation and real social impact are created.

We provide opportunities for more and more people to generate the creative solutions the world needs. These solutions must come from a mindset of integrity and responsibility, because change has to start with us. This is our contribution to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.

Our story

How we got started

90s and 00s

We were born out of Christian community work carried out in Loures during the 90s and 00s. A gathering of national and international leaders and organizations who believed in the potential of investing, training and accompanying entrepreneurs and businesses to transform the country.

The first years

The 10s

Aware of the needs of the local population and convinced of the power of the community, we started a 150m2 coworking space in 2016. We had the endless support of the Californian association Friends of Portugal. In recent years, we’ve grown to manage more than 1600m2 and have brought together more than 60 companies in our space, in areas ranging from 3D Design and Artificial Intelligence to Accounting and Health. Over the years, we have supported the creation of countless companies and social innovation initiatives, seeking to foster a rich and diverse ecosystem. Initially on a one-off basis, but always with the aim of consolidating the area of training. We’ve held conferences, ideas competitions, bootcamps, workshops and much more in collaboration with various partners.

New opportunities

The 20s

With a solid team and investors who trusted in our work, we launched our annual impact acceleration program and consolidated the Ponte incubator, which is open to all businesses. It has already launched several editions and today we work across sectors, experimenting with models, building bridges (pontes) and creating new solutions. We continue to believe in the opportunities ahead of us to do more and better, convinced that together we can build a better world. We are moving towards this goal, one entrepreneur, one business and project at a time.
